I'm suffering allergic cough and cold whenever season changes. The cough continues to happen . This same type of cold and cough happen to very often in season changes. How to create best immunity to not getting this allegic cough and sore throat?

I recently got my general blood tests done - CBC, ESR, LFT, KFT, Lipid Profile, Glucose (Fasting), Hba1c, Thyroid Profile, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin D&B12, Cortisol. Most of my readings are normal but there are some abnormalities here and there. My abnormal readings are - Red Blood Cell Count (RBC) - 5.59 million/mm3 Mean Corposcular Volume (MCV) - 78.7 fL Mean Corposcular Haemoglobin (MCH) - 22.4 pg Mean Corposcular Haemoglobin Conc.(MCHC) - 28.4 g/dL Red Cell Distribution Width (RDWcv) - 17.7 % Total Leucocyte Count (TLC) - 10.80 1000/mm3 Neutrophils - 7.27 1000/mm3 ESR - 33 Cholesterol:HDL Ratio - 3.67 Total Protein - 8.25 g/dL (LFT) Urea by Urease - 11.98 mg/dL (KFT) Hba1c - 5.8 My RBC related counts have always been weird for last 2 years and another important thing is that I got my gallbladder removal surgery done in August 2023. Can somebody help me figure these out.

I have one side of sour tongue and pimple white like sour only. Pain in that area while eating or speaking

Hi, sometime I have  headache when I wake up in the morning. Not everyday but at least once a week . I did an MRI 1 month ago for other reasons and found nothing. I checked I'm not a snoor also . I am sleeping from10:30PM and wake up at 6AM. Mostly uninterrupted sleep. Still can't understand why it's happening, when it happens it gets better if I take one disperen. Can anyone help me understand the reason and  also is taking the disperen okay here and there for the long tearm. I also do yoga 30 min morning amd evening. Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated.thanks in advance!!

Suggest treatment for Cough in cold winter for children age two years to Eight years (dry and wet mostly at night

A month ago, I was fully vaccinated for rabies with 5 doses on days 0,3,7,14 and 28 (no immunoglobulin as the exposure was only a minor scratch). If I get any animal scratch or bite within 3 months, do I need to take boosters?? Or no? Please let me know. My doctor told me no more vaccines are needed even if I am scratched or bitten again within 3 months. Is it correct?

My sister had fever from 2nd Jan, showed at govt hospital who prescribed ciprofloxacin for 5 days along with paracetamol. Inspite of those medicines she started having fever again and we showed to a new doctor who ordered blood tests and jaundice was diagnosed, doctor prescribed reheptin and udmed 300, but fever is not going away, is it normal to have fever for 10 days, I am really worried

Plz help me to know the interpretation of this report? is something serious? Bcoz previously my wife is suffering from pelvic infection and urine infection both but she has taken treatment for both after treatment it shows no growth of organism in urine culture.
