My BP was coming high from last 4-5 days and since then Iam taking stress and feeling anxious that this never happens before why now. My lipid profile, HBa1c, cbc count and thyroid. All are in normal range even the ecg. Clinical Doctor advised me to have telmisartan-40 plus almodipine5mg for 4 days and monitoring the BP. BP is gradually going down everyday but my concern is I don't want to be on medications lifelong and permanent. What could be the other reason for BP coming high? Some days it's just anxiety. Please help. Now my BP is 138/90 . Also I live in higher altitude and it's cold here

Hello. I have constant pain and inflammation in little finger. Can i apply glossderm ointment on the same and put a bandage on it? Can heat compression be given? I dont want to take antibiotics as few days ago i had pus formation in another finger so i got it drained and had to take prescribed antibiotics. Please help. Thanks.

Hi Doctor, My wife age 28 recently getting frequent throbbing head aches at back of head and sides of forehead..sometimes she is feeling more pain when bending down..pain on sides of head while coughing..this is bit irritating..could you kindly let us know what causes these headache and type of headache she has no other health issues apart from pcod.

He is having cold and cough for 5 days. And fever for 2 days only at morning 5:30am. Not other any time. After he is taking paracetamol (parasafe- 650) his temp is coming to normal in 4 to 5 hrs. I had CT abdomen scan and urine culture to find my cause of lower abdomen pain. I am on day 4 of antibiotics. Lower abdomen pain is gone but yesterday and today I feel mild burning sensation in genitals during the night only. No blood in urine. No fever or vomit. My blood work is all normal from the test. Stool test also normal. Q1. If my urine culture is negative, why am I getting the burning sensation? Q2. If I had any prostate issues, could it have been captured in the CT scan attached?
