I have calcium deficiency and i have extreme hair shedding, which I know is because of the deficiency and can see alot of times joint pain etc , Someone suggested shelcal 500 to me, please let me know if it's safe to take or not? My diet is perfect but i think thats not enough and is not supporting my gut health and skin and hair health as well. Please lmk if shelcal can be taken and for how many days? My previous doctor told me to consume milk and other vitamin d foods which I do but I still need more. Please suggest this and it's dosage.

Hello doctor today I boil water in electric kettle which is not washed well. It is used by my sister in law for steam. She mixed viks in it.
