HELLO SIR/MAM. I HAVE ITCHING SKIN PROBLEM IN MY ABDOOMEN SKIN AREA SINCE 3 YEARS. I TOOK MANY MEDICINES AND ALSO USED CREAM AFTER USING MEDICINE ITS OK BUT WHEN I STOP USING MEDICINE THEN AFTER 1 MONTH AGAIN START ITCHING. IN RECENT DAYS DUE TO SOME HEALTH ISSUE I DID LFT TEST AND I FOUND MY SGOT IS 60 AND SGPT IS 97. SO IS IT BE A REASON FOR MY ITCHING PROBLEM. OTHER THAN THIS I AM TOTALLY FIT AND ALSO NOT EAT OUTSIDE FOOD MORE.

I have anxiety disorder Today I went to hospital for stomach issue and  I was wearing slippers so when I came out of hospital after visiting doctor I found blood on road which was looking like it turned into solid and was on road for few minutes so i walked away from it and it was 5-6 inches away from me and so my mind immediately thought that i went to hospital through same route what if I accidentally stepped on it while going to hospital and didn't notice as I was talking on phone . I don't have any cuts on my foot and I was wearing slippers but there is small peeled skin on my foot which was a past injury. I have attached the past peeled injury Any chances of hiv risk if I mistakenly stepped on the blood and didn't noticed. Plz help I m extremely worried!!

Hello doctor, Yesterday evening, I took a "Nitrogen Paan" at a party. After eating that Paan my lower lip is swelling inside and feel like burning inside. What can I do now? Is it any serious issue?

I got my reports today . Is medication required for the same.. I'm suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism. May I know the complications of it?

My ecg and tmt test came out to be normal. I have palpitations feeling so due to that i underwent these tests. Now as they have came negative, is it okay? Pl tell. I become very nervous when i feel palpitations.

I have been diagnosed with gallstone. My doctor told me to get an LFT Test. I gave the sample on 04/03/2024 in which the Bilirubin Total was 3 mg/dL(reference range 0-1.2) and Bilirubin direct was 2.9 mg/dL(reference range 0-0.5). I showed it to a doctor he again told me to get it  tested from his lab. I gave the sample on 05/03/2024 in which my Bilirubin Total was 0.81 mg/dL(reference range 0.2-1.2) and Bilirubin direct was 0.17 mg/dL(reference range 0.1-0.2) Does the Bilirubin changes this rapidly?

Taking pantop dsr from 1 months for acidity but problem does not solved when i drink or eat to swallow i start burp i feel comfortable when i burps stomach get tight after eat plz help

From the past two days I've been having extreme joint pains, no fever but the body feels hot externally. I'm sweating continuously with nausea and lower abdomen pain, got all tests done but vitamin b12 is 167 and CRP is 20. What does this mean? I was diagnosed with panic disorder long back but what does CRP 20 mean? Also it burns while passing urine. Kindly HELP.

Recently done health check up in my office. In CBC report, RBC is 5.70(high) and hematocrit is 50.7%(high) Kindly advise how to lower it or do I need to do further tests? Attached report here with
