I have been having chest heaviness, burning in abdomen, body weakness, fast heart rate since 3-4 days... I had a normal ecg n was put on pantosec and ulgel but symptoms didnt improve. Then i went for echo- report attached. Plz suggest what to do further? Any addition of medicine? Past history- mild antral gastritis
