Can i take bonediet plus and uprise D tablet together ? Because in both there is vitamin d but in bonediet there is also calcium and zinc etc. pls suggest

Both of medicines have different dose of vitamin D so frequency of taking this medications are different and bonedit plus is also containing multivitamins as it requires to go through routine investigation before taking medication
