I am having pain in front and back of my shoulder and also the outer of upper arm . Taking zerodol sp and gabaptein 100 . The pain reduces after taking gabaptein . There is no pain while sleeping . But the whole day it hurts . Sometimes it us so bad that i feel as if i am suffocated . But the pain us there thru out . I am taking medicene since 2 days . Physiotherapy also didnt help much . After tsking gabaptein i feel anxity and nervousness . What else should i do

Frequently Iam feeling very dizzy. That too when am doing any work ..and palpitations too... One of the doctor suggested stemtil tablet to overcome the dizziness. When I checked with my bp @ home First it was like 149/104. I waited for 15 mins and checked again it was 137/110. Is my BP is very high ... Should I start any tablets for that. History : ocd, anxiety Rabies vaccine status: full course taken last year along with two booster in oct 2023 last year Yesterday, my car was parked, I was sitting in car and my door mirror was half way up and couple of dog surrounded my car and was barking at me.
