Are there any effective treatment to cure myopia and get 20/20 vision for teens? If so will it promise to give me 20/20 vision?

My 7 month son eyes are little red and some time itchy.also in morning it had some swelling.Since there is lockdown please suggest some medicine.

My age is 22. I have little squint eye problem since childhood but when i check by doctor it give me prescription glasses in age 13 and exercise recommended but my squint no completely treat with glasses but when i use glass squint and diplopia will not see. My main question is it cause ambloypia in which age . I have read good with prescription glasses my one eye no. is 4.5 and other eye 6.5 but i see good with both eye when i use prescription glasses. My question is that ambloypia cause blindness in my case or not. Can in this age it cause blindness or not. Amblopia is in which age cause blindness or not? Can i am ok with that or not because i see good with prescription glasses. please say it cause blindness in later age or not?

Past 3 days i am feeling eye swollen on left upper eye lid.Feeling slight pain also.please guide .Which medicine to be used or any home remedy .Sometimes also feels some sensation in affected area like some movement in eye lid
