Eye is red and i can not seen mobile, tv and computer even a vary few sec , if i see this then my eye is pain and become a red.

Poking sensation and irritation inside the  right eyelid the feeling is as if there is something inside in the eye tried splashing water too but no relief

Suddenly since yesterday my mother is having pain in the upper part of the left eye (eye lid area and crease). Today the pain is increasing when she's opening her eye,  there is redness of the eye from today and also water coming out from the left eye today. She is saying that the pain is there in the inner part of the eye. She has never had eye pain before. I have put an image of her left eye- the underlined part is where the pain is happening.
