For the last one month i am seeing things blurry which is far i can see near obj clearly...i am also going through a lot of anxoety and depression...i want to ask do depression and anxiety be a cause of this?

Both the psychiatric illnesses mentioned are not known to directly cause any form of visual impairment but some anti depressants like Tricyclic antidepressants can cause blurring of vision secondary to dryness of eyes which might be independent of near or far vision, what you might be suffering from can be an independent eye related deficit probably myopia. Apart from that if you are a chronic user of digital screens , blurring of vision can be due to compute vision syndrome.
