Eye floaters are floating spots in your vision. They may look to you like black or gray moving spots, thread like or web like. It can occur normally to anyone without any reason.
Most eye floaters are caused by age-related changes that occur as the jelly-like substance (vitreous) inside your eyes becomes more liquid we call it as Vitreous degeneration.
It can be because of other eye issues like tear in Retina, Bleeding due to Diabetic or Hypertensive Retinopathy, Inflammation of back side of eye like Posterior Uveitis etc.
Next Steps
Mostly floaters can get reabsorbed or settles down on its own. But a new one can form too. There is no treatment required and no exercise is helpful. Of course if there is any root cause then we need to treat it.
Health Tips
Immediately meet your nearby Ophthalmologist if:

So it doesn’t usually go away, it’s just that you get accustomed to it over a period of time.
