While looking at phone things go blur. Cannot look into the phone for longer. I work on computers everyday and now i get headache and so much blurriness while working. What to do since there is no shop available to get glasses or get my eyesight checked

I am 17 yrs old. Can i use CRT for eyes? If so what are the preventive measure i need to take to avoid its disadvantages?

About two days my left eye become small and become lyt reddish.its paining from two days .if I sleep and after I get up some dust comes out from eye

Usually I work in laptop for more than 10 hours. After 8 hour my eyes start pain and I can't see properly like it will become blur.

I have right squint eye.. my eye surgery was done at age 2 and my right eye was pointing completely inward and after surgery it had corrected the squint but not completely..attached image of my eye.
