Blurred vision
I have a normal eye sight as -.75 in left eye and -.50 in right one. Right now I am using spects because without it my vision is blurred and I cant see the faces of person or things properly which are only 10 meters away from me. But, what should I do to bring back my normal vision and I do not want these spects. Yeah, just wanted to add that when I go to my hometown (village) and after spending few days, I am able to see properly for a long distance as well. But again facing the same problem after coming back to Delhi.

Hello! Do you have a lot of near work, as in computer usage? If so it is advisable to do a few exercises to reduce eyestrain. If you can do 1-2 hrs of outdoor activity per day it would be best. if that is not possible just look out of the window at distant objects for 20 to 30 minutes. This will relax your eyes and also force it to do distant viewing as well.
Health Tips
Good diet and proper posture will also help
