Recurring styes
I keep getting styes on a regular basis and now it's so often that it has really been affecting my mental state because it doesn't stop and keeps on coming. What can be the reason for this and how can I stop this. I don't have diabetes. But i do have flaky eyelids and there is scaly dandruff on my eyelid, Some scaling is also there around eyes. Also my eyelids looks swollen all the time It's been 1 year since I've gotten my eyes checked for any change. Can any of this cause styes

This recurrence reflects poor hygiene. 1st. Please improve your hygiene. 2nd. Do hot foamentation 2to3 times daily (take some hot water and a pinch of soda bi cab in a bowl and dip a piece of cotton and squeeze it and put it on the eyes for few minutes )twice daily 3rd..rub ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids . 4th. Put moxicip eye drops 2hrly 5th. Put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily. And Most important is maintenance of strict ocular hygiene.

Yes this is a cause of your eye problem U are suffering from seborroeic blepharitis Apply occupol ointment to lid margin thrice a day Wash ur lid margins with ear bud dipped in baby shampoo while taking a bath Lid hygiene is must Do warm compresses to eye with cloth dipped in hot water Don't rub your eyes at all Get refractive power of ur eyes checked

The condition is Chronic anterior blepharitis.Its a recurring issue. But if you follow the given instructions strictly then the condition will come under control. Few instructions: (1) Hot compress to both eyes 2 times a day for 30 days ( Can dip clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) (2) Avoid touching or rubbing of eye. (3) Eye hygiene with baby shampoo 2 times a day for 30 (Take on tip of your index finger any baby shampoo say Johnson baby shampoo or Himalaya baby shampoo , wet your eyes and gently rub the shampoo with your finger on closed eyes for 15 seconds and thoroughly wash off with drinking water) (4) Healthy nutritious diet (5) Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day (6) Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours (7) Use protective goggle whenever you step outside (8) Always use helmet over two wheelers (9) Can start with multivitamins with Omega 3 fatty acids. (Capsule Vibrox 1 cap once a day for 30 days)
