There can be many reasons for headache, one of them is refractive error. Do consult a local ophthalmologist.

Get your vision checked, there might be some refractive error . Also use lubricants as tear substitute for dryness of ur eyes. Adequate sleep and hydration. Get your BP check too.

There are lot many causes for headaches. One of them is having power glasses and not using them. So better to get your eye check up done for spectacles and to rule out other causes for headache. Some common causes for headache are Sinusitis, Lots of near work, Lack of water intake or dehydration and Acidity. So if you have any then you will have to deal with the root cause.
