Is my headache due to new spectacle?
I did not feel headache till date and now having continuous headache after my eye got power lenses makes feel worst. I am in hotel reception job, always infront of the computer and below chandelier. It's new spec I have for both close and far eye sight problem. I got a sleep of minimum five hours every day. Whom should I consult. What should I do at first?

Follow 20 20 20 rule while working on computer look at 20 feet distance after every 20 minutes for 20 seconds and blink more adjust your posture use bluecut spectacles while working on screen. take adequate rest. Please consult for detail evaluation
