Headache and gastric
Headache and gastric for a very long time. Have taken medicine for more than a year still the same issue. If anyone can help me to get away from this will be a great help.

Your problem is related to two different speciality, there are many causes for headache eg refractive error ,migraine sinusitis & mental stress, you should consult ophthmologist who will exclude one by one& will advise you properly & for gastric problem you may consult gastroenterologist, with regards

These are two different issues.
Headache could be due to many causes like sinusitis,migraine,stress etc.
Kindly share medicines that you are /were using
For gastric issues
A. Avoid junk food
B. Eat light dinner
C. Eat your dinner atleast 2 hours before going to bed
D. Go for a walk after dinner
E. Drink a lot of water
These things will help you
