First time using specs and it is uv protection double coating .everything is looking yellow and giving strain .should i switch to normal light one

Uv protection glasses decrease the brightness of light fall on the eye.lnitially it is bothersome gradually you will adapt to the glasses. Continue the same glasses there are better
