Good evening, since you are having eye pain, you should first and foremost get your refraction done to rule out any refractive error. In general avoid rubbing your eyes, use artificial tear drops, use sunglasses when in sun.
Next Steps
Use artificial tears drop like Veldrop eye drop - three times/day.
