An opthalmologist told me I have Blepharitis. I'm using the ointment and cleaning my eyelids as instructed, but he is also insisting that I wear glasses (my power is 0.25). 1. Are glasses necessary to fix this issue? 2. Is this a chronic issue, or is there hope to fix this permanently?

Cornea thickness is thin

My cornea thickness is 494-498 microns. Which is better ( ICL or PRK). My pupil diameter is more than 7.One hospital suggested ICL, one hospital suggested PRK .. another hospital said that my eye is not suitable for both ICL and PRK.
