I have a lovebird. Today I noticed that her left eye is swollen n it's become a bit small in size. Is it anything serious? What can I do to improve the condition of her eye?

Sir, my name is RaviTeja , and i am 24 year's old, when i at 20 years , i use a face cream called SKIN LIGHT, without any instructions, because i don't know the instructions, i used entire face also under eye's, i used little bit heavy under my right eye, i used it for only 2 days, now a dark circle appears under my right eye,and i loose thickness under my right eye. Left eye looks normal but right eye is looks dull and dark circle with it. Can you help me to get my right eye look normal.

Having right eye keratonocus and how can be rectified right now I am wearing specs and I am very uncomfortable to wear the specs is there any other way to cure .
