My eyes got watery for last 10 days and my forehead nerves got pain due to watery eyes and head muscles also got panic

I have a very large number of - 5.25 and 5.75...is it possible to reduce this number without any surgery?

Sometimes vision blurred automatically, Doctors suggest BLUE CUT glasses, It works good? Or any suggestions

I have eye allergy so doctor gave me steroids for a long period of time approx 3 months earlier when they used to record my iop it was always around 11 or 12 but once it rose till 50 and they categorized me under steroid responder.is it true that i m a steroid responder ...do i have to get my iop checked now on a regular basis .now only using antiallergics.

I was applying navratna in my head but it some how went straight in my eyes causing intense burning sensation. I know water doesn't mix with oil but that was the quickest action I could take.. I splashed some water on the eye and then held it under running water.. It is slightly red now although there is ko burning. Should I be concerned?
