I have Dark circles from a very long time and I really want to get rid of it as my face look week as I look tge dark effected area I need a suggestion, advice or treatment as how can I get rid of it thank you

One of my friend had a small particle whiling grinding a machine in his eye. The doctor removed it and advised to put eye drop. However my friend had put otek ac ear drop by mistake. Would there be any problem? What eye drop should be consulted
