What is the average cost of C3R (keratoconus treatment) in Chennai?. How many days rest is recommended after the treatment?.

Dear Doctor, My younger brother met with an accident . He has injury in the one eye. Doctor has operated and inserted the silicon eye. He is being treated in oman by an indian doctor. Doctor is saying, there could be chances that eye may become white . it is 50-50 Please suggest , does silicon oil in eye for long term can whitening the eye or it is harmless. Would valuable input would be appreciated and guide me to proceed further.

Eye fluctuate continuously from 2weeks. What I am getting this I don't know.can anybody please suggest what I can do.
