I have found blue spot in my eye ball .in both eye .. it's paining continues

Sir my name is nihar shah MY age is 13 and I have specticals from 4 years my number is increasing every six months now it is / at present my no. Is 4.75 so what should I do to remove my no.

I wear contact lenses at work I have high minus power with -10 in right eye and -7 in left eye. I also have cylindrical power. When I go for eye check up, do I have to remove contact lenses one day begore? I remove contact lenses just before eye check up. Does that make a difference in eye power check up? Also why is my eye power increasing rapidly? I am 28 but still the eye power is increasing. Please tell me why is it so

My eye power is increasing rapidly. I am 28 years old but still it is not stable. Why is this happening? The increase is -1/-2 in an year or two years. Right now it is -10 in right eye and -7 in left eye. I also have cylindrical power. Please tell me why is this the power increasing? I am very worried as to why is my power increasing at this rapid rate? I wear lenses, so when I go to eye check up, is it okay if I remove the lenses just before check up? Or do I need to remove it much longer?

My right eye has been twitching since the last 2 weeks. At first i didn't pay any heed, but with time it became very irritating. On searching, I found stress and lack of sleep to be the possible reasons behind this. However, i am neither undergoing massive stress nor am lacking sleep. I am a student, and I sleep more than reqd.
