Rednesss and puss on eye while sleeping
Hi , I have and rednesss and while sleeping puss is coming much on my both eyes im unable to open my eyes at morning what will be the reason?

Please follow the opinion of Dr mittal but you may postpone the use of steroids for couple of days.

Most likely you're having Bacterial Conjunctivitis. You can have antibiotic (Gatifloxacin/moxifloxacin) eye drops 4-6 times daily and ointment at bedtime for 5 days.
Next Steps
Better to consult an ophthalmologist to rule out other conditions and add steroid eye drops, in case of severe inflammation, if needed.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A. Cold compresses B. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6 times along with lubricating eyedrop like refresh tears C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop can be used in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better
