Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 28, but my eye power is still not stable. It is still increasing. I am very scared as to what to do. Please help me. I have -10 in right eye and about -7 in left eye. I also have cylindrical power. I wear contact lenses. I just take it off just before the eye power check up? Will that make a difference in my eye power reading? Please tell me why my eye power is still not stable. What can j do? I have attached some prescriptions. Please tell me what to do. My medical records are already in my profile. Please check and help.
