How to reduce it, I am taking sterile tear drops frequently. I work on laptop and mobile atleast for 5 to 6 hrs. I have ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia and sinusitis. I don't know whether these conditions cause eye pain. I am suffering a lot. Please help.

You indeed have a dry eye disease that has no 'cure' till date. A step ladder management programme should be planned for you including psychological counselling. Lubricating eye drops should be used as frequently as required, tear film evaporation should be minimised and environment should be cool(24 degree celcius) and relative humidity around 62%. Punctum plugs, cyclosporin/chloroquin/trehalose eye drops etc may be considered in due course. Meibomian gland disfunction also needs to be tackled.
