I am 30-years old and have recently been diagnosed with keratoconus. I always took care of my eyes and didn’t even need to wear spectacles till now. Therefore, I am highly curious to know what are the keratoconus causes? Is it genetic? Is there a significant decrease of some nutrients in my body? Inputs from medical practitioners would be great.

I have been suffering from keratoconus since the past 2 years and till date haven’t experienced any troubles. Is it possible that the condition stopped progressing? I wear spectacles to correct my vision and take excellent care as well. Can a doctor inform me if keratoconus can stop progressing?

My eye sight is -20 for both eyes. One eye specialist advised me for monofocal lens exchange surgery bcoz lasik & ICL are out of scope. Sir, I am 62 yrs. old male. In my right eye Blood spot comes after 3 to 4 months while sleeping at night which clears within weak but this time, too much Dark red blood has come to my same eye.
