I'm 20 yrs old my Eye inside the moving particle in 2 month so eye irritation how to this removal particle this is

My eyes are very paining too much. There is a lot of dirt in the eyes. The eyes are glued to each other after getting up in the morning.

My left eye is slightly taper. Can it be cured completely. Which doctor should I consult with the related problem?
