Hi, I work in an I.T. company. I am 31 years old. My work involves almost 16 hours of computer usage. This way I will spoil my eyes and vision. What ways I can prevent damage to the eyes? What are the best fruit juices that are good for eyes?

My left eye is appearing reddish since last 2 days. Recently it started to itch with mild pain. Have taken tear drops few time but much of help. Please suggest something. I work on laptop for nearly 8 hr a day and have cylindrical power updated recently.

I always feel my eyes are weak, looks so tired .. can anyone please tell what's the problem. And looks dust inside.

Hi,my son is 6 yrs old.recently he is diagnosed with myopia.his eye sight was -2.0 .doctor told that he has to wear glasses for life time.but I heard that there are alternatives to improve vision.is it true? Cylindrical power of eye change w.r.t time or not because some months before  one eye doctor give me (-8) sph and (-1) cylinder power.later on yesterday I went for checkup to another doctor and he give me(-8.25) sph and (-0.75) cylinder power. I want to make new specs then which power I prefer and what is empect on eye difference of (.25) no of cylinder power.
