This could be due to photokeratitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
C. Consult local ophthalmologist.he may prescribe you antibiotic soft steroid combination

Were you not using and protective glasses ...
Put carboxymethylcellulose eye drops 4 times a day
Always use protective shield while doing welding
