My one eye vision got blurred after recovering from conjunctiva. What could be the problem and treatment?

Welcome, I need to ask about thing .. some companies said that after changing the eye color by laser , after couple , children will affect from new color ,!

I have Eye floaters since 1yr. Last month I went to retina specialists and he said my retina is ok. But few days back i found...When I closed my eyes for sleeping and if I look into the dark semi dark portion of the wall. I see lots of darks spots for a few second. Then it automatically vanishes. Again if I closed the eyes for 10min and open suddenly and look into the semi dark region. I found again the spots for few sec then vanishes. By seeing this i am very much nervous. Will i go blind? Please help. Note: I am epileptic patient and take drugs. Last attack is on 2009. But still is in under treatment.

By mistake I have put ear drops OTOBIOTIC in my eyes. I felt burning in eyes. Immediately​ I have thoroughly washed my eyes with water. And then I have used ITONE. Will there be any problem in my eyes?
