What happen when vains of inner side of eye gets swollen ..What is best treatment for that..My mother is suffering from that..Give me correct idea of treatment

My son only 9 months old and we notice when he see anything his left eyes move to corner so I plz tell

My 6.5 yrs son has chronic Eye Allergy problem(redness with itching). Already consulted 3-4 doctors, but no permanent solution of the issue.The problem temporarily resolved when continuing medicine and after discontinuing medicine, the same issue reappear again.Please suggest me some specific and specialist doctors in Delhi, particularly for this issue.

The tears are coming out from my right eye since 3+ months and consulted doctor then advised me to undergo a manual operation...is there anyway or thru medicine to cure this without operation? Pls suggest
