As a diabetic, I would like to know if I can split tenlifast 20 mg tab (10 mg. not available) into half. Consume one half and throw the other half to avoid hypoglycemia. Fasting and p.p b.g. in good range.

Hello Doctor, I have been diabetic for the past 9 years.My diabetes has been under control for these years until last one year hb1ac is going beyond 7 and it has reached 8.5 last week.I have been doing my exercises and taking proper proportions of food.What else needs to be done in order to bring my hb1ac levels under control.Please advise

Bilateral polycystic ovaries detect from June 2018 end because of no periods in 2 months and irregular periods. I consult a doctor, taking medicine which is prescribed. weight loss from 57 to 53.6 approx. Still not having periods yet. should I continue medicine allopathy or go for Ayurveda? when my periods will be normal?

I'm a 18 years old male and my weight is 130kgs I have plans for bariatric surgery I wanted to do it a year ago but for some reason I didn't but I am thinking of pursuing the surgery in a month I have had thyroid from 3-4 years I was on medication at the starting but I stopped taking it 2 years ago I remembered my surgeon said we have to control the thyroid before surgery I also have a history of deficiency of vitamin d so I have been taking vitamin d supplement 1000IU from past 20 days as I don't spend a lot of time outside I am also trying to eat as healthy as possible and taking other supplements like omega 3 pills and protein powder I use to smoke tobacco and weed on a regular basis 1-2 roll a day from past one year I left it 3 weeks ago now I got a fresh thyroid report and I don't know what medicine will be best for me in this situation

My daughter is 9 days old . I have attached her thyroid report. Results were T3-129.16 Ng/dL , T4-14.3 ug/dL, TSH-13.7 uIU/mL.
