I’m a 25 year old office going woman. I’m a project manager and I do a lot of work so that my working hours are more than 12 hours. I am not sexually active but my periods have been very irregular and this month it is 10 days late. Can hormone imbalance disturb menstrual cycle? If not what other causes are there?
