Fever as such no. U may feel feverish or sensation of hot. Can have heaviness in head.
Next Steps
consult ur doctor locally for fever n if present, find cause of it n get it treated.
if there's no fever or any infection consult an endocrinologist

monitor temperature. drink plenty of water and do regular exercise. Decrease stress.
