Regarding medicines
I am using Glycomet gp-1 and DIAMICRON XR for diabetes.in my latest test results in fasting blood glucose level is 91 and post prandial is 246 do I need to change medicines for diabetes

Your probably need to change your medications as you are the 2 medications from the same group which is often not going to help and on the contrary can give you low sugar Levels which might cause problems. One thing you might need to think of changing is to reduce the carbohydrate levels in your meals . Your fasting level is normal but your ppg levels are increased and this extra sugar has come from your breakfast. Analyse what you had in the breakfast on that day and see what carbohydrates you can cut from your regular breakfast.
