My mil and fil are diabetic patients.. Can they drink sugarcane juice ? Some website say it's safe to drink. But some people say that sugarcane juice, shoots up blood sugar levels

Hello.. I was diagnosed with PCOD few years back & I did not take care of it though then.. Eventually it has come to my notice that the severity of it has grown a lot.. Wanna visit a gynecologist but before that wanted to go with all tests done so that i can go handy with reports & start the treatment then n thr.. My age 29. 2 years back my bp 167/90. My weight was 83 kg, height 5'4' I already taken telma-40 mg daily. Few month back my bp 110/70 and reduce my dose. Now my weight 64 kg. I am taking telma- 20 mg daily. My bp 120/70. Can I stop my medicine or taking alternate day?
