My mother is diabetic...due to lent time..my mother fasts from 10pm night to 2pm next day...her today's fasting blood sugar is 161mg/dl..is it to worry

I tested positive for type 2 diabetes but my last reading was 142 ( Random).For past 4-5 days my vision is disturbed. I am myopic and use glasses. I never had problem of reading with glasses. Now strangely my focus of nearby objects with glasses on is blurred. When I put off glasses, I can see things crisp and bright. Can't understand why the glasses which has no power for reading , cannot be used for reading now. Consulted an eye specialist, he checked eyes well but upon knowing I am diabetic, just said this may be because of diabetes! Even he could not clearly explain why my glasses are causing problem in reading now when they have no power for reading? Vision sometimes corrects automatically and I can see both far and nearby with glasses. This is causing lot of trouble for me.

Hi, Recently I have been noticing that whenever I skip a meal or take a 4 to 5 hours break in between. I suddenly feel hungry and lightheaded. My vision also goes blurry and I feel restless until I eat something. I can't eat that much also because of this shortness of breath which comes due to this condition. What could be the underlying cause for it and how can I avoid such conditions?

I am having lot of food but not putting on weight and losing weight. Also from few days having skin itching and also plagues coming in teeth. Please let me know the issue

Is fasting is required for ultrasound? There is prostate problem due to this we need to take ultrasound report.

My THS is 6.68 which is above than normal ,rest T3 & T4 is normal . T3 -11.4 T4 - 7.7. ( Refer the attachment ) Is it major concern. How i can reduce it .
