Hello Dr Is there any problem if I have Jan aushadhi medicines related to sugar, cholesterol , thyroid. Some people don't recommend to have Jan aushadhi medicines due standard of medicine.

Recently took Master check up...Found TSH to be 16.92... What medicines to take for this thyroid problem...

Pancreas is mild enlarged in size . Chronic Pancreatic with multiple calcification. Rest scanned other organs are normal.

Hello, I am a 22 year old guy. Now, i have some serious doubts about myself. My body stores fat under my arms, 'lower belly' and buttocks. As far as I have known, males have a tendency to store fat in their belly and not underarms or something. Also I have gynecomastia. I have facial hairs as well, but its not completely covered my face. There are still a few patches which I don't think gonna be coming in future. I once was concerned about klinefelter's syndrome so I went to the doc and he did a FSH test which came out normal so he said that I am Klinefelter negative. But still, when I look at other guys , I am able to tell the difference. Recently I did ketogenic diet and went till 76 KGS , after leaving it, and just having good home food (maintaiance calories) , I have gained 4 KGS in a few weeks. What tests should I perform so that I can know what the problem is. Also I have a elongated face shape which doesn't match with usual shapes. Don't know if its relatable.please help me out.

Hello, i had a problem of hypothyroidism..first time time tsh became 51..after starting a treatment it became 0.01. so doctor changed medicines after thyroid i habe developed many issues like acid reflux..slow stomach motility.. right now without taking medicine my 6 reports are normal..but i have got body pain..fatigue..hand shivering..all spine mri and other things done..dr said it could be due to anxiety..it is not there now..only 1 report after stopoing medicine showed 14tsh..so should i take medicine or stop..and all these symptoms are related or not..i am non diabetic

What should be the dosage for Thyronorm. Currently we are giving 100 mg. Please suggest if any change in dosage is required. Photo attached.
