My sugar is high. 9.5 HBA1C. Need some good medicine to reduce the level fast. Already in diet but not improving. Also taking one medicine

During recent lab test presence of Albumin( +) and glucose ( + ) was observed in urine analysis. Is this situation is alarming and what medication is suggested? Regards

Hi I have high sugars and high insulin. I have mirena coil inserted as i have heavy , long and painful periods. Endometrial thickness is more. While i was undergoing laser hair removal treatment for chin and neck. I was adviced to take metformine 500mg twice a day and aldactone 100mg once in a day. Let me know how it helps during the unwanted hair removal treatment.

I just want know the after fasting how much time I have to wait post test.1.30 mins or 2 hours.some doctors are saying 1.30 mins but as per Google 2 hours.

My TSH is at 16.1 but my T3 (1.31) & T4 (8.02) are with the normal range, surprisingly I am under weight at 56.5 kg at 172 CMS height, the other symptoms of Hypothyroidism also does not match the yeah results of high TSH, where as the symptoms of Hyperthyroidism is seen like Tachecardia, Anxiety, sleeplessness etc I am confused, what should be inferred here please.

Does trulicity or dulaglutide reduce dopamine as a side effect as I feel it does. Please provide info. Thanks.
