Is it possible to reverse newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes without medication.just by diet n exercise?

My HBA1C was 7.62% on Sep 23rd 2019. I got another HBA1C done on Oct 28th 2019 in a lab as requested by a doctor and it showed 7.8% and got one more done on the same day in another lab and it showed 5.8%. So I got one more done the next day just to confirm in another lab and it showed 5.6%. Now I'm really confused. Please help. All the tests were done in fasting.

I have test report I dont understand what is the result of my test so suggest me Test and result FBS-149.0MG/DL FUS-NEGATIVE PPBS-221.0MG/DL PPUS-TRACES And what is traces?

My symptoms are- 1.Hair loss and very thin hair 2.Dry skin 3.Some time acidity problem 4.Laziness I am taking 12.5 mg Thyronorm tablet every alternate day. I need to work in night shift for full week once in a three weeks. please find attached my thyroid(TSH-6.46,T3-80,T4-5.2)and vit-D(22),B-12(305) tests report,sugar test(HBA1C and average blood glucose)-normal,cholesterol all test normal,Kidney and iron test normal,Liver all test normal except total bilrubin total-1.5 mg/dl. Please advice.

Earlier my tsh was less then 0.01 nw after two months tsh is 2.04 nd t3 nd t4 are normal..but I'm not able to sleep well nd sometimes I feel lik m not well..something is happening inside..Do I need to take any thyroid medication?

My 45 year old mother is a patient of diabetes since last 5 years...she is on medication... coincidentally she noticed her urine today which was dark yellow color...why so...she also her sugar post eating food which showed 172...she is on pre-aldonil tablet once a day from last 2 months by her diabetician...why is she having so?...because of tablet or some other reason...no other problem in urinating,only yellow color and she feels tired very soon and having one foot pain also.Plz help.

My mom is diabetic from past 5 years. Her diabetes level has always been under control with medicine though. The three months diabetes test HbA1c always showed very good control (6.5 - 6.8%) however, from past one month the blood sugar level is very high. Daily value fluctuates between 180-400. HbA1c report was 7.4%. She is also experiencing breathing problem and pain in the left arm. What could be the reason for the increase in blood sugar levels ? What all tests could be done to diagnose the root cause of the problem ?

I am suffering from subacute thyroiditis. My tsh level was less then 0.01 nw after two months its 2.04..T3 nd T4 is normal. How much time it will take me to recover from this?
