Hello sir Plzz answer this My mother has type 2 diabetes since 7 years..Her Random blood sugar range is of approx 220.. Nowadays she is taking Tenegliptin 20 mg before breakfast and Glycomet 1000 mg after breakfast. At night after dinner she takes Glycomet 1000 mg.. Is it enough?

No it's not enough. Random sugar is high. Get her fasting and post lunch sugar along with HbA1C from a lab and consult a diabetologist
