I am taking thyroxine 150 my hb is 9 grams and I am taking lupihem from past 2 months but it is not increasing please suggest .my tsh level is 1.78

Hi, I got a blood test done for TSH profile 3 weeks ago. TSH value was 7. Then today also I got it done.now the value is 0.6 There is a huge difference in values. Earlier I used to take 100 mg thyronorm. But from the past 3 weeks I have been taking 125 mg. Is this the reason for this difference? Also, please suggest how much mg should I take for TSH value 0.67. T3 and T 4 values are also in range
