What to do   medicine for thyroid needed or medicine for blood sugar needed. Is the patient said to be suffering high risk diabetes

Actually i m 28 years of age, and i get my testosterone and igf 1 cz i was feeling some weight gain cz all my other reports like tsh, sugar, cortisol, everything was normal so on the recommendation of my GP i get my testosterone and igf 1 done on lal path lab and my testosterone came out 620 and thats normal but my igf 1 came out 112 ng/ml , and i have doubt if thats also normal for a person of my age and the range of igf 1 according to the lal path lab for my age is 83.6-259, so tell me if my igf 1 is within normal range or its just low cz i read different different ranges online for igf 1 , most of them are 117-331 for my age , so it ll be helpful if being an endocrinologist you can clear my doubt, cz m sure u have seen multiple reports for igf 1 already, what u say in my case

Hi Doc, My mother have diabetes since jan 2019, every 2 months checking blood sugar level but could see increasing and decreasing in every reports for eg Jan - fasting(160) after food (240) April - fasting(105) after food(130) May - fasting(140) after food(200) September - fasting(110) after food(130) Please tell me why getting like this result and wat can we do.
