Since your parents have diabetes, so you have a genetic predisposition to developing the same, hence your concerns are legitimate. Your blood sugar levels are normal (125 mg/dl) are normal for now, but if you don't acquire the diabetic-free lifestyle, you can develop diabetes in near future. I run 'Guaranteed Diabetes Cure/Reversal Program' pan-India which can help your parents to completely cure/reverse their diabetes and stop all their medicines by following the 'Personalised Dose Reduction Schedule'. This will not only help them come out of the dreaded disease of diabetes but will also save them from future complications of diabetes like kidney failure, heart attack, blur vision/blindness. Also, you can follow our 'Diabetes Free Lifestyle' module and live healthy, fit forever.

Since your parents have diabetes it is important for you to have a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle. Eating kachori and potato salan isn't healthy eating. High fiber low carbohydrate diet and regular physical activity will be good for u. Also an annual check up that includes hba1c fbs ppbs lipid profile is advisable.
