My blood sugar fasting is 68 and after meals it's 86 and again I checked after 5 min it went to 73 I felt uneasy and then I ate some sweet blood sugar remained in 80s for almost an hour and then it jumped to139 after one hour is it normal I am facing lowblood sugars every three hours I feel shaky and uneasy when ever I check blood sugar after 2:30 hrs it's falling down very quickly like from 130 to 93 in 10 min s my hba1c is 5.3 and i am non diabetic but some I get the reading of 165 four hours after lunch I am not been able to do my daily works due to low sugar is it normal or not if not what are the tests to be done to find the problem
