I wanted to know how should a person increase weight if he has type 1 diabetes.. height is 5'8 and weight is 46.. his weight is not increasing can you suggest me something and also that helps him to quit smoking and increase his weight simultaneously?

Help me understand the thyroid dosage to be take if tsh value reduces. Should the dosage reduce as well. I have attached both old and recent reports.

Also she is suffering from Asthma so she can't go for yoga and walk early in the morning ..what step should she take and should she continue with insulin and not? Please suggest some precautions as soon as possible please help me.

I am suffering from hypothyroidism from 3 years.when I detected it my tsh level is more than 150. After that it come down to 8 two months back but now again it was up by more than than 100.iam taking 50 mg tablets.i dont understand which doctor to consult and which is the correct doseg.please help
