My fasting HbA1c is 5.6 % . i have symptoms like dry mouth dizziness loss of appetite and muscle loss. Im 20 years old. Am i prediabetic? Other reports are normal. I have three hiv negative tests. My exposure was 8 years back . tsh profile, cbc also normal

Hi Sir, Recently I checked my sugar level it is 250 . I am not taking any medicine ..Till now I didn't get any symptoms so I don't know abt my sugar level. Whether I can take medicine or can reduce by exercise and taking natural supplements let like fenugreek seeds, amala etc.

Hello sir, i am natural body builder, now i want to take my level up, or should say want to improve my physique for my contest prep. Though i am against of using all those harsh steriods, but there is a product called anawar ,it is kind of mild steriod . I know the consequences of using a steriod , that it will supress my natural testestrone level but for that i can do a post cycle therapy of nolvadex and clomed.y question is that should i go for this or not...becouse my game is not improving amy more. One month back my dad had double vision issue..We have checked with Eye specialist and as per his suggestion.. vision is clear and no issues in eye..and to lower diabetic level..We went to diabetes doctor and from past 1 month..diabetes is normal however the double vision is not solved yet...we did MRI scan for brain and the reports are normal..Diabetes doctor said that we need to wait..this will take time and there is no specific time frame for recovery..I am worried and hence posting this on practo...Request your directives?

I have been a Diabetics from the last 03 years and on medication. I am now having mild pain on lower belly and back . Developed arteries blockage or lymphoma ( don't know exactly what is it) but experience intermittent pain . I could not understand what is it and how to deal with. My friend gave the report saying her TSH was 5.75.do this need treatment.she has centripetal obesity.if she cures centripetal obesity,can her TSH comes to normal.she has some symptoms like postural hypotension,headache, palpitations,her bp is 110/80 My single question is can her be cured completely by lifestyle modifications??do her TSH level comes to normal??if yes after how many years??if not why???
